Hotel is on the highway side. so it is very easy to reach if you are on the move, like if you are travelling or if you are on a trip. there is security guard at the car parking who doesn't care about the cars parked. the only disturbing thing is that most of the people visit this property to have beer at the ac and non AC bars. so for ladies and families who look for privacy it might be a challenge. morning staffs at room service are ladies who doesn't know any other language other than Malayalam. Night staffs are gents, they know English as well as Hindi. overall good experience.

Hospitality is great, Property is great Just one con about this property. Food choices are limited. And if you are a North-Indian or Vegetarian you are going to have a really tough time. You will end up starving yourself as you might not like the vegetarian option (the only option) which is extremely spicy tomato curry. Better carry some fruits or alternate edible stuff. I wanted to give 5/5 stars for the hospitality and hygiene, but the food experience pulled my finger.

Well maintained, neat and clean hotel. The in-house restaurant serves awesome traditional cuisines right from breakfast to dinner. Very cooperative and trained staff, easily accessible with quiet ambience, overall enjoyed the stay, would definitely come back, totally recommend.👍

Room is good and neat. facilities are also good. staffs are supportive and giving good service. food also good. only negative is toilet is not well maintained and it's just an average. Except toilet, everything is good.

Excellent Ambience...Rooms & Stuffs are clean and neat.. Receptionist Nandhu's is smart. On the improvement side, would include additional items in the breakfast menu especially Kerala food.

Stayed there for a day. Decent room. Well kempt. Staff behavior is good. And I think there is bar/wine shop near parking area. Had food from out side so can't comment on that.
