I have booked Double bed AC room, however despite of informing authorities that AC is not working they didn't bothered. they are having staff who will start looting you if you have asked to bring some thing ex. we have asked them to bring shampoo sachet . and they have charged exactly double the amount. if you have asked water from them they will charge you the moment you have asked them they will not wait till your check out.. they don't have stock of even water. over all worst experience

Scope for improvement based on event faced. 1. Booking details made via online should be on record when customer is at reception desk. 2. Last minute room change should be avoided, which may be irritating sometimes. 3. Room housekeeping and functioning of all amenities should be checked through some checklist to avoid post complaints from customer. 4. Hot water should be made available on given time without any call to reception. Rest hotel is good to stay.

Hotel is Good ,But as we had left hotel we forget to collect our mobile charger from Room No 304 ,Booking Inthe name of Vijay Kumar varma on 28/12/2019 (4 Rooms) After 1 hour I called the reception that we had left the charger in Room he said the mobile charger in not in the room as this type of answer I am not happy with hotel and its staff. As this type of small thing you are loosing your credibility of hotel and name of hotel.

i have pay 500rs more to hotel.13/08/16 to 15/08/16 my booking days i reached hotel at 6am on 13th and hotel manager say u have to pay 500now or come after 12pm.... i dont no why this stupid chake in chake out times *... dont get fool

Hotel location is good about 1km from shirdi temple. and rate is cheap. Only issue is the service. Service is very poor. Restaurant service is also very poor.

Worst. I dont recommend this for any one. No basic needs. No hot water, stinking rooms, used bed sheets, dirty pillows. Leaking taps. Very bad.

The hotel was Ok, courteous staff. But cleanliness was not upto mark. Rest it was comfortable stay and location wise near to temple.
