I had booked this hotel after hearing about it. Ofcos it was poitive and the same i have felt and experienced. We were on our way to kufri when i received a safety call from the hotel manager Mr. sharma to suspend our trip to kufri because of heavy snowfall and he asked me to cancel the reservations if i am not able to reach the hotel.instead i asked him for a postpone to next day and he agreed in a moment with no extra charge..that was really cool from there side. In this whole process Ms sujata pandey from goibibo was of great help to us(very helpful and cooperative person during our stay in shimla and kufri. Special thanks to her 5star). Apart from this on reaching hotel the manager first asked us to make ourself comfortable in rooms then he will do the initial formalities because we were tired and it was approx 3 to 4 degrees celcius..the staff was wonderfully cooperative and agile in service and very respectful...food was delicius and was served fast and hot in such a chilly weather...loved the hotel rooms and ambience as well...my rating 5/5 Enjoyed our stay. We were 3 families. Best haopitality and responsive

This place is strategically located facing the Himalayan Range (if you are staying in their cottages which is at the top). This property is huge, old and beautifully designed. probably best place to stay in and around Kufri. Services here are quite good and prompt. Only drawback are the no. of stairs you need to climb to reach to your room. You will get ponies nearby for going to hill top. Abundant parking space which is a problem in Kufri

this resort was amazing, i stayed in this resort for one day so that my feeling was great when I was in this resort i checked all ementies and their room service then I got best result because room was so spacious as well as very clean, food service is also good because food was so tasty and yummy one thing is also important of this hotel is that behaviour of employees was so great

Awesome place...nice location we booked deluxe room but they gave us cottage instead for free from where veiw was just awesome ...they also arranged candle light dinner as it was it was our anniversary which was also budget friendly...food tooooo tasty loved it ....staff was also good ..resort is fully surronded by snow which is amazing

The best place and the best Resort to stay .. it feels you are in heaven .. even the celebrities also booked this hotel . highly recommended .. just to reach the hotel is difficult .. but that you have to manage .. food facilities are costly , quantity can be improved more as per the price .. thanks for such a great experience

It’s been an amazing stay at Kufri resort. Service was great and staff was extremely accommodative. I would say this is the best stay for couples and have great memories. One suggestion I would recommend for hotel staff from end would be, please maintain the courtyard little more better. Then this would be the best.

the resort is just awesome. nice location nice cottages. View is just awesome from our cottages and also good parking space. The Breakfast and the Reception was really good. Manager was really helpful and buffet is a must go.
