We are family of four and had a stay of 2 nights. In the starting, after seeing the entrance and the room, it seems little costly but when we have started visiting tourist places, our money saved in travelling. Actually hotel's location is excellent. If you are a solo travel, you can approach to train station, in 5 min walking and can go anywhere in mumbai. More over to this, many good places are near by this hotel like marine drive and beaches. Rooms are small but clean. Bathroom is very good and clean. A good and clean bathroom is Essential for a visit. Thats why I have posted photos of bathroom. Now come to food. Hotel's chef is Bittu, he will provide you food like home. In fact if you give him order, and wait to hotel's little restaurant upstairs, he will cook in front of you. I have my children with me and due to hotel's restaurant, I did not feel any problem related to food. No doubt they have less option in complementary breakfast but whatever they have, they made it best. From my side considering Location Cost Facility Cleanliness Safety Behaviour Bathroom Food I will give 5/5 Thanks hotel Kumkum Safety, location to visiting places and food

Hotel is located in prime location in mumbai. I have stayed here for 5 days , Room service is excellent.. Rooms are being maintained very neat and clean .. Every day room will be cleaned .. Very much satisfied with the stay here.. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a budget hotwl around this place.. I look forward to book the same hotel when I visit Mumbai again.. this hotel is like gem in coal mine. you surely getting clean odorless room, nice supporting staff. clean bathroom. there are comman bathroom at every floor and at restaurant. restaurant food taste like homemade gourmet. i stayed more than 4 times here even i have to catch flight 22 km away. because at this rates you never able to find any hotel in entire mumbai clean and good like this.

The overall stay was absolutely delightful. Accessibility (very near to local trains or bus or taxis).Only there is no lift but they'll carry your luggage The staff were very responsive suggesting either the places to visit or eateries The room and the bathroom were neat and clean and the hotel itself was overall maintained well

Situated near to most of the tourist destinations, staff is amazing and rooms were properly clean. Only negative was room size, Rooms were very small and what should I say about the washroom, I haven't seen such small washroom in my life 🤭 Still I would be a great choice if you are looking for a budget hotel in South Mumbai.
