The property was good, it also has a nice garden. But the service was extremely pathetic. We went there for two nights stay with my family but the AC was not working in the room. There were other issues also faced by us. The whole night we had to call either plumber or electrician to get the issues resolved. We went there to have a peaceful stay but all these problems made our stay worst. They didn't even provide us with proper amenities.

number of people booked in the premium room was 3 however the room capacity was only 2 as per the resort. When we went to the resort, resort manager arranged us upgraded family room at the same cost. Staff was quite polite and helpful. Resort is at very good location, quite managed and clean. I went there with my family of 12 people and 3 kids and didn't face any issue in the stay. Overall it was a nice experience for us.

We got it for a discounted rate. But we expected a decent room with clean linen at least. Wasn't the case. Bed linen was stained in numerous places. The AC was a window styled AC which was too small for the room. Took forever to cool the room. Food was good. Decently priced as well. Service was excellent. No toiletries in the washroom. Overall a pretty average experience. Also 6-8 kms from Ramnagar town.

The stay at the hotel was good.The staff and services were also good at the hotel.The location of the hotel was good and easily accessible.The food and dinning services were not available but they ordered food from outside.Overall everything was okay.

Room size and quality was very low, i won't suggest anyone to stay there. left place at same time. lights were dim, not feel safe Not feel safe there as a couple, please check by yourself, we were only guest there

It's pretty decent hotel. I felt it was a little overpriced seeing the amenities they had. Rooms were clean. Food was also good. It is not located in Ramnagar, but 2-3 kms away from main Ramnagar Market.

The first photo shows the hot water being brought from the kitchen in the so called resort. the picture is of a non functioning gyser. The third is of the some creepy-crawlies **** on the bedside table.

The hotel's property is good. The only drawback was that the the bed in our room was twin bed otherwise everything else was good over here.
