The property is well equipped..has all amenities. The room was big, and well decorated like three star property but unfortunately a very bad smell was coming from the toilet which was intolerable . reported frequently over intercom to the reception in this regard, no response came out from them. unfortunately we left at morning with great unsatisfactory feelings. we ordered mineral waters...after several reminders they served it.

This Resort is located in a calm and pleasant place adjacent to Umiam Lake so natural view is an added advantage. The room was clean and cozy. Hotel staff are cooperative and helpful. Food was good and great value for money. A children's play room was available. The swimming pool was clean. Check in time is from 2pm. Well behaved staff, play zone, overall hotel ambience is excellent for a family vacation.

A definite must go for family trip. They have large rooms with super friendly staff who are ready to go the extra mile. With swimming pool, garden and games room this resort has everything for a complete family experience .. Awesome food to top it off. By the lake, serene environment must stay resort. Service of restaurant is very very poor. They could not serve any paneer dishes during my three days of stay. They denied serving dinner after 9 pm. However some other groups were served till 11 PM on the same time.nWe were in a group of eight.They made our soup by 8 PM which we discarded being cold.nRestaurant service needs to be improved.

Service quality is really poor and so is the room condition Our AC was not working, beds were not made even till 5pm whereas the check time was 2pm. The staff was not able to manage guest requests and were really confused. Food quality was really poor, we could not even eat breakfast there as it was such a bad quality.

The resort is located at a serene location near Lake Umium. Very nice and cosy stay. Clean rooms, good ambience and good food, clean swimming pool, well maintained garden. Recommended for visit if you are planning to visit Shillong Very peaceful and relaxing environment. My child enjoyed very much in the lawn and pool

The property is just awesome & the rooms here were very comfy. Their services their staff provided here were very satisfactory & their behavior was very good too. The ambiance of the place is very pleasing & soothing. It's located very near to the Umiam Lake so location wise it's very good as well.

Awesome hospitality provided in the resort. The care taker was helpful and polite . Room were neat & well maintained. In house kitchen was there to serve food and food was very good. Wifi & free parking was available for the guests.
