Details are as follows in terms of cleanliness and hygiene room was very neat and clean including the bathroom we were made to stay on the same room after we had made fresh booking for another day extended. They charged us 300 RS extra as we had checked in earlier at 6.10 am which I gave to the care taker I don't know wether the owner gets the money or the caretaker takes it all whatever we finally were able to stay extra hours from 6 to 12 tat costs us 300 rs The standard breakfast supposed to be free consisted of 9 puris and one aloo sabjee plus bananas and yes the care taker would charge you indirectly in form of tips and make up the free breakfast service I had to pay 50 RS each to both of the caretakers as they would not agree on less and kept on requesting so tat makes me 300+ 100 RS tips =400 RS extra ..I am not sure it's borwell water or normal tap water TV channels were not working I didn't complain as I was too busy to watch TV so when I found out tat no other channels were showing xcept one I didn't bother much switched off without complaining AC was fine

It was really melancholy experience with that hotel because it was locked up when I arrived and he seemed so much disturbed for my arrival to their hotel. I can't believe the hotel was locked from outside and they were not receiving phone call. but after 45 mins, someone received the phone call and let me in terribly. I just spend 6 hours almost and left the hotel. i really regret of staying there only for 6 hours in my life.

The stay was good. Although I prefer rooms with some sunlight and fresh air which is lacking here. The rooms are wall to wall with only a single window and no glass so no sunlight passes through unless we open it. Rooms are small and barely any space to move around.The helper Mr. Ghosh is a very polite and helpful person. He served delicious food and helped me get a cab as no Uber or Ola were available.

It's not a hotel it's a guest house with 4 rooms only but the rooms are quite good , spacious,clean and the most important the service was good and the staffs were also polite and very helpful. It's location is also quite good overall it was a very good experience... Loved the hotel.. Go for it.. I have booked the room for nearly 850 per day within this price the room was worth of it..

neat place with a caretaker, who is available for any need. it's a guest house, near to jaya cinemas, lake town. it is in residential area, so quiet and room is decently sized. bfast is complimentary and of your choice. inhouse resto not available, but many eateries nearby.

I check in at night time and i rang door bell but after 45 min they came to open so i had to wait long time but it was OK. Breakfast was good. In terms of security it was good. I suggest that it has to be security guard. Overall it was OK.

The location of the guest house is approx half km from the main road. Provision of food is not there in the property. The room and the washroom was clean and the staff also had a good conduct. Overall my stay was okay.
