tent/room- good, spacious, provided extra bed. No fan required so not given. 1 small fan for other purpose. No TV. Proper tent. bathroom was ok. geyser were working. location - it's on 1.5 km higher from mall road. connected by car and also has parking. To reach the mall road by foot also has staircase connectivity but you will have to take like 70/80 stair and slight plain hight road to reach hotel. going down is easy but coming up is hard. manageable by young but for someone who has leg problem and elder who can not walk much will have problem. just to be clear my mother walked once each day those stairs because she did not had any leg problem. View- this is most amazing thing of hotel. View is pretty awesome. can see whole nanital lake. movement of fog. you can come out of tent and sit under foggy sky. sufficient chairs outside. food- breakfast was limited to 4/5 menu. can be kept more like idli and all. but food tasted good. service- service was good. they attended the request. helped a lot for my baby food which was out of menu. feedback for better experience- tent cloth can be more clean from inside or more frequent cleaning to be done. In campus gardening to include to remove unwanted grass, more stonechips at ground to look less dusty. to keep some more menu in breakfast or changeable breakfast.

Facility is very good. Stuffs behavior is good. Approach road is bit steep. You can see a mesmerizing view of Lake Naini from your balcony.
