The place is good considering the general quality of home stays and tourist homes in Hampi. It has basic amenities like hot water, WiFi etc. There is no inhouse restaurant but that is not a problem as all the notable ones like mango tree are hardly 100m from here. It's only a 5 minute walk from bus stand and virupaksha temple. Our checkout was at 10 o clock but our bus was in the evng. We couldn't extend our booking as rooms were all booked. But the guy here(Kiran) was polite n obliged to safekeep our bags till evening till we returned after sightseeing , without any cost. So to sum up, if you want to get a taste of Hampi culture, this is definitely the place to stay...

Value for money. Best location. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Best budget hotel with all basic amenities. Owners of the lodge are very supportive and courteous. Very close to Virupaksha temple which is considered to central to Hampi, easily accessible to all monuments including boating point to visit other side of Tungabadra river. Plenty of Roof top restaurants/ eatery options are available close by. Thanks to owner of the lodge for providing best time for me during my 3days/2 nights stay.

Room was clean and budget friendly. Dont expect too much. Its very close to virupaksha temple. Taste of Brahmins restaurent is nearby where you can have breakfast. The TH have an RO from where you can fill your bottle or there is a water purifier near Virupaksha temple itself. Kiran is a very good host. He helped me in finding the exact location. He also allowed me to keep my bags in a room in the same building as i checked out at 9am and i was planning to leave hampi in the evening.

1) rooms are very clean with a comfortable bed with a large mosquito net. 2) the hotel is on the 'sight seeing' side of hampi with the temples etc so it saves the hassle of crossing the river every day (which costs). 3) the manager (kirean) is extremely helpful, even non hotel related..he sorted out tuk tuk drivers when we were being ripped off, called the bus company for us, gave us estimates for local amenities. 4) The showers are hot! Thanks.

Although minimally equipped, the room had all the necessary amenities and was quite neat and clean, with a comfortable bed. Kiran, the owner/manager is a really sweet and friendly person. If you need anything, he will certainly help out. A great advantage of this place is that it is situated right in the center of Hampi, next to Virupaksha temple, which you can see from the rooftop.

So I was here for 3 days. Honestly this is one off the best places to stay in Hampi river side area. Clean rooms, 24 hours electricity (We didn't face any powerful issues) and Hot water, 200 metres from Both Virupaksha n Tungabhadra makes it an absolute ideal stay. In addition , Kiran , The owner of the place is a very well mannered & helpful person. No regrets. Keep going. :)

Good clean rooms for budget travel in an awesome location- just beside Virupaksha temple and Tungabadra river. Just cross over on a ferry to hippie island, The bathroom could have had a health faucet. Otherwise very good stay and good and helpful host. We didnt eat here so no idea on that front.

Its location is great if the tour is decided in Hampi as the heritage sites are near to this location and sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed just by 2-3 km away. The river & Veerupaksha temple is nearby just beside bus stand so travelling by auto is feasible as well.

Best budget friendly hotel in Hampi. The location is very close to Virupaksha temple and KSRTC bus stand. Rooms were well maintained and very clean. Staff behaviour was very nice. He helped me to find a bike rental shop in Hampi.Overall,it was a pleasant stay.

Great location close to Virupaksha temple. Mr. Kiran and his brother Prajwal were the best hosts you can expect. They also helped us getting cab for trip. RO water service is full time avl. Room was spacious and clean. Definitely will recommend others

Good place for couple, family and solo travellers.It is located in the vicinity of some great restaurants as well as the heritage sites. Kiran the owner is very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Laxmi Heritage keep up the good work :-)

Best location, cheapest place, you have river at walkable distance where you can spend your evening and temple also at walkable distance....a small breakfast place nearby named hotel sagar....I dont think you would ask for more

Good vibe, clean rooms and nice location (close to virupaksha and lots of eating places in a minute walk). Kiran, the host is really helpful and hospitable. Awesome experience ...stay here and you won't regret a bit :)
