After long searches in the internet me and my spouse zeroed on Landmark Woods. We stayed there at peak season from 22nd to 26th December 2014. Landmark Woods is in between Bagori and Burapahar range of Kaziranga forest. Its location is awesome, above a small hill. Another forested hill is just beside your window. Huge area, no crowd around and neatly maintained. On the main road just opposite the resort you can see rhinos and deers are roaming. From every room the views are beautiful. We travel with our 3 years old daughter.....she enjoyed every bit of the stay. She ran over the undulated huge lawn, did paddle boating on the small rivulet encircling the resort. On request hotel people arranged non-spicy food for my child. They arranged local duck-meat delicacy and tasty small fish curry for us. They have option for open air barbecue dinner also. Rooms and toilets are neat and clean. Spacious rooms are well equipped with all wooden furniture, television, fridge etc. Hotel manager arranged for all jeep and elephant safaris for Kaziranga. On our check out day there was some bandh in the state but the resort arranged vehicle for us and we safely reached Guwahati. Only one suggestion for the hotel management that they should keep the option for more local Assamese foods. If you love the virgin, pristine nature without crowd and also want to indulge yourself in luxury then Landmark Woods is the best choice.

Since I travelled just after COVID 19 lockdown was uplifted, I had the experience of wrath put on travel business by nearly 7 month's of closure. The property was not able to offer what a normal 3-star hotel can. But it's a quiet place for family and couple outing. It's not much suitable for business travel. Offer good sitting spaces and common area's. Dimmed lighting in rooms not ideal for study. The TV sets also does not offer much channel choice. It is better for one or two days family trips.

Its location is its great plus point, removed from hustle and bustle of traffic, secluded and amidst nature offer a relaxing experience. Some of area of concerns or they can improve are the services and lack of proactive guy behind the receptionist desk. However as I said its location well compensate its dearth in the arena of services. Evening and morning walk in the nearby village was refreshing.

It is situated inside a village about 2 kms from the main site seeing attraction! They also do not have their own elephants like other resorts do! But they will manage to get you a seat in a elephant safari if you inform earlier! It is a very airy resort! Open from all 3 sides ! Slightly over priced for their amenities and other facilities

This Hotel Is situated at the Bagori range of Kaziranga national park.It is cleaned well and situated at middle of nature.Services are good and worth to stay here.But Hot water will not be available and it is maintained by service team.Overall good experience. Road from the main road to Hotel is poor and need improvement.

Rooms are big with very minimal amenities,road to hotel from highways is very poor,food quality is average ,not worth the price but its ok if u get the room upto 2.5k to 3k

Poor maintenance, swiming pool was closed, it's very high cost, it's very horrible experience for us, food is too costly , i never want to visit again to this property

Overall it was an amazing stay. The property is very pretty with all the facilities in place. The staff was courteous and hospitable and made our stay worth memorable.
