The only positive thing is hotel location but for this you need to climb too much to reach at mall road from hotel. In hotel no amenties, no professional staff, bed sheets and pillows are dirty. No balcony in room. No almirah for luggage and one small cupboard is there but no shelfes inside that and broken from inside.No Proper reception, too much noise as it feels you live inside dharamshala not in hotel. Overall you can look for better options than this.

affordable, staff is friendly and responsive; but if you feel cold and needs a block heater you need to pay extra 500 bucks. mostly you don't need heater as they provide you thick rug. restaurant with door service. only concern during my stay is some smoking in some room on the same floor of my stay.

I will recommend this hotel only in case if your interested in bad food, no laundry, no locker for valuables, no vehicle parking, bad Wi-Fi. Location is good but you need to be quite fit to climb the hill from hotel to main road. that's quite exhausting.

Pathetic hotel i ever visit unprofessional staff. Dirty wash room with dirty bad sheet and hotel room are so bad in quality.

No car parking and the big problme is room is too small no buddy can walk properly in the room...totaly money waist..
