This is a little detailed review so it will take your 5 minutes. Alright, so I checked into this hotel on 20 May 2017. I was accompanied with one of my male friend. Got a decent room ... We had to stay for 2 days so we informed the same to the person at reception who further asked to give 2 days tariff in a advance. Due to less cash in my pocket I gave just 2000 (one day tariff). So we checked in around 5 in the evening, got fresh and went out for a walk. Later when we came back, the same person who was at the reception told that he just checked and found that there is an online booking and we have to vacate the room the next day. We told him very politely that he should have informed this to us while we checked in so that we would not have stayed in the same hotel as our trip was for 2 days. He abruptly said "haan sir maine dhyaan nahi diya, aap aage dekh lo, bohot hotels hain aage, mil jana chahiye aapko". So we went at the reception and talked to the manager I believe who said that he will arrange a different room but that will cost us .. AS PER MY UNDERSTANDING, if there are any issues in the room and if the hotelier shifts us to the another room, then we are not suppose to the pay the difference as its hotelier fault and here it was his fault and not ours. But he simply laughed and denied. Luckily there was a room available ... which we had to take as we did not want to mess up our weekend getaway. So overall, room was good enough, food was also worth but the staff and the management were quite upfront and not sorry for anything. Our mobile charger broke and they even refused to give us the mobile charger for couple of ours, however later they did. We asked for bathroom slippers that too was denied. Also, we found mice in our room. Shower was not there in the room... So I dint mind staying in the same hotel again when I visit next time but not keeping any expectations or help from the hotel staff or management. I wish I could add some photos but unfortunately I did not take any :(

The room shown in the pic and the one which I got was completely different. I had booked a super deluxe room and I expected it to be the same as the one shown to me in the pic but the one which I got was too cramped up and looked more like an attic room (room 117). The washroom did not have towels and toiletries and I had to ask them for it. The hotel is a bit overpriced considering its location. The view from my window was pathetic. I could see like a garbage disposal backyard for local residents there. The food was good but very oily. The staff was also very polite.

A fantastic and very comfortable to stay hotel in Shimla. Price is affordable. Staff is customer friendly and their approach really made us feel at home. Food is delicious and I swear we need not go in search of restaurants outside the hotel. Ambiance of the rooms is good with a luxury touch. Over all it is 100% a good option to stay at Shimla. People prefer to select hotels at Mall Road, but they are expensive. Going to Mall road is not at all a problem from this hotel as it is just 3 Kms away from it. I totally suggest this hotel.

Overall the hotel is good, rooms are little bit small. Food quality is amazing. Location of hotel is approx 3 KM from main MAll Road Shimla, but at this price its a good place to stay. ONLY drawbacks is you to climb so many stairs as the rooms are situated upto 5 floors down.Luckily we got room at 4th floor, saved 1 floor :P

When spoken to the hotel manager , i was told the hotel is less than 2km from Mall road,so booked the hotel. But later realized it was atleast 5km from the main street. Also the cancellation policy was not shared ( I should have checked anyway) clearly, which was 0 refund after booking.

hotel location was good but no proper parking arrangements. All the rooms are in basement. The hotel is build 5 floor below the ground floor due to which no view available. Food are expensive and average taste.. no card payment accepted.

Almost 5-6km far from Mal road...that's the main problem. Room was nice. Food was good... Nice one to have if you are going with your friends
