- Location of hotel is good. It has easy access to almost everything nearby like BKC, etc. - Room size is very small for the price you pay. Not sure if it has anything to do with its prime location or Mumbai in general, but my friends living in Mumbai confirmed the price was still high - Housekeeping was average. Sometimes, hand towels were missing, and sometimes dental kit. Had to call and ask them which was quite frustrating. One of the curtains was not working (not getting closed down) when I had checked-in. Had to call the room service & get it fixed. Ideally one would expect these things to be verified before guest checks in - Food (breakfast) is great wrt taste & varieties of it. Hotel service staff was also good.

I came to the mumbai for a usa visa. I stayed at Lemon Tree for three days. The hotel's room was clean and well-maintained. Every staff member of the hotel was so courteous and helpful. My train from Bandra was at 5 PM. The hotel graciously extended my checkout time till 4 PM. If you come to Mumbai for a visa or any other work, I strongly suggest staying at Lemon Tree.

Staff were helpful and professional. Citrus Cafe food was good but overpriced. Supervisor & Chef took personal interest in the Cuisine provided. Check in process took a long time inspite of reservation. There were many guests checking in/out so the staff were stressed at the time. However they tried to be helpful and were polite. The overall experience was good.

The room is very small in executive category. I think one of the worst Lemon tree properties. Only if you have a single night itinerary and work in BKC as thats very close by, will advise for stay or else avoid. Not well maintained as well as the curtain inside the bathroom has stains. Also, seevice is late

The hotel has an extremely small room to a point that it feels claustrophobic. The movement becomes restricted and you randomly get hit by corners here and there. The mirror on the wardrobe is an illusion to make the room look bigger. The tariff is not justified. Overall NO value for money!

I had a very pleasant stay at Lemon Tree. I enjoyed every bit of it; the staff and reception were very polite, understanding, and responsive. It is also very close to the US consulate and other landmarks, so it is definitely worth considering

Pretty decent location, good for BKC and places connected via the Centrail railway line. The room size and the bed size felt a bit smaller for the price I paid even when I had booked the most expensive room option.

The standard room is literally a pigeon hole...it's claustrophobic... not at all worth the price..pls don't book the standard room. The other room was decent but definitely not worthy for the price.

They need to change their housekeeping staff. We checked in and toilet pot wasn’t clean and they never cleaned toilet pot for 2 days of our stay
