review : leo comforts river side resort charged us premium price , but the service was horrible , pool view cottage was ordinary rooms , forget about tv set, not even have exhauster in bathroom. they didn't provided us basic toiletries like toothbrush and paste , after requesting also they didn't provided tea bag or coffee pouch. bed mattress was spring one that too broken one which caused back pain . even though they have charged for 3 person which include my 9 year old child but they have provided 1 lt for 2 person per day. pathetic break fast , only south india break fast available that too every day same item. they didn't provided option for boiled / scramble eggs / bread or any other options. i literally had to beg for breads. staff viresh was helpful he literally served every request which was with in his control. ala carte menu was good for diner , food quality was good which we had in dinner from our own pocket. i am not sure how rate this like 3* hotel . this should not be consider more than 1.5 star until they improve the service or charge less for their poor service. i had to pay upfront entire ammount otherwise i would have shifted to other near by resort. this is kind of hotel scam in name of aggregating hotel service.review

Keep away from such unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming people unless you want to ruin your vacation.We had a pathetic experience at this resort. The staff at the reception were incompetent and they behaved like they haven't been paid their salaries in many years. Despite having an advance, confirmed booking, the person at the reception repeatedly kept saying he had no information of the booking even after showing him the confirmation email. It appeared the booking was sold off to someone for some extra money.They did give a cottage but after some time they asked to vacate it and shift to another room. Despite having a breakfast inclusive booking they said there is no breakfast included. With all this circus we chose to skip having any food at this place and went to the adjacent resort where we had stayed for the previous two days.The cottages were just ordinary, located inside a closed compound. It is not worth traveling even 10 km to this resort. Even if they were heavenly, with such staff manning their reception, you would rather keep your money and your peace with you than go to this inconsequential place.
