This is a very bad hotel(Lily Wood Highland Resort). Staff's behavior was also very bad. They think all people are fools. I asked for a refund but they did not even give me a refund. There is a centipede in the room and it is biting the mosquitoes as well. If you want to have fun in Goa then please do not book this hotel even by mistake. You will regret it a lot. Hotel staff and manager's behavior was very bad and did not give room service on time even after calling

Great resort close to the beach. They have a big lobby, good rooms with ample space and necessities like fridge, kettle, locker, and wardrobe. Breakfast buffet was okay, could have been improved. Only problem was Seema, staff on reception who was very rude and arrogant, acted like guests are living in resort without paying. Other Staffs were courteous specially Madhuri, she was very polite and friendly. Overall had a nice time there. :) Recommended!

This resort is really huge and very big. The property is really well maintained by all. Housekeeping staff is really really attentive. Food was really tasty as per my taste. Peaceful stay. i am highly recommending to all to come here and enjoy.

Had a great stay with one of the biggest hotel in Goa. Highland having more than 400 rooms with 8 big swimming pools. Guests come here from all over the world. Food was very great. Loved my stay in highland.
