In house food you order is good to go, but unfortuantely the breakfast they serve (as inclusion in booking) is pathetic, can be clearly seen ordered from a C grade restaurant and serverd here. Apart from this house keeping services are worse, have to call and follow up many times just to change a towel (this is one example only for the pathetic service). The King Size bed here (Deluxe Room) is smaller than normal single beds in many of our homes. Overpriced as per the rates 👎🏻

Easy convenience, Near Shopping complex, Reception and In-house resturant was excellent, staffs are quite cooperative,House keeping was Good, complementary breakfast was good.Overall this is a good Hotel both for business tour as well as family members. This is quite good and easy convenience surrounded by various potential Industries.Various resturant other than in-house restaurants are available nearby.For businesses travellers was a good .

Worst experience ever the rooms are pathetic bed not at all comfortable on slight movement full bed was moving breakfast was also horrible only 2 options were there hygiene was not maintained room service people were not trained we asked for water bottle then he told ask restaurant we told we already called once then he told "sir aap dekh lo" there is no proffesionalism at all in staff worst experience ever while paying such high price

This is the best place to stay if you want to be around MIDC area in Pune. All the bad reviews are just stupid. Everything here is good. The hotel is very beautifully built. The rooms are bit small but that is not a problem. Adil (housekeeping staff) was a great guy. Very helpful. The people at reception are also very good. The breakfast buffet was decent. All in all, it was a good stay

I am still living in same room, no TV recharge , AC not working, No mosquito refill..power plug broken, Bed is so small ..I have to live for more two days as amount was non refundable , I wish i knew it before this pathetic situation , I would have never select this place for stay.also the breakfast is limited only paratha khichdi n omlet nothing more..facing worst situation

Food and restaurant service was good.The house keeping department was not up to the mark.1.Our TV was not working and no one came to repair it inspite of requesting.2.There was no soap dispenser in the bathroom when we checked in.It was brought after our request.3.There was no hot water in the bathroom inspite of their claim for 24 hrs.hot water.

as per the room rent the quality is getting compromised, when room allotted there was work going on to start the dish TV Connection, waited for 20 min, after dinner when i came back the lighter could not start, then I was been alloted another room. this room's AC was working but midnight water started leaking for AC.

It is good Budget Hotel near to Bhosari Industrial Area. Only Bed deficiency is Bed are very very small merely 2.5' broad. You feel difficult to turn. Rest all amenities are good staff is trained. I'm a business traveller, I'll visit again.
