This was the most horrible experience ever. The manager at reception refused to allow us check-in (at 11pm in the night, with 2 little kids accompanying us) despite having made a pre-paid booking. The reason he stated was really funny. He stated that the payment 90 days after our date of stay and hence he is not at all interested in accepting any booking made . Further more strange was the fact that the hotel has been rated as an OYO Flagship Hotel. After pleading for a long time, he allowed us check-in into a room which perhaps was their hotel's store with a lot of moisture and fungus at its walls. The bedsheet was soaked in dust with horrible stains on it. This was the most unhygienic place I stayed at in last 15 years atleast, and that too with the manager's comment - "I am not at all interested in accepting such bookings and showing grace upon you allowing you check-in just because you are traveling with little kids and it is already late for you to search any other hotel. I want to know who exactly is responsible for the misery faced by my family.I want to add that this was my third experience of hotel people refusing to allow the guests check-in against bookings made

The hotel was hard to locate and we were made to wait for a lot of time even after our check in time. The room wasn't properly cleaned. There were stains on the bedsheet and walls. The room was spacious but lacked basic amenities such as soap and mineral water.

Ok not good new peoperty not maintained reached at 1.30 am n & had to chage the room lock was not working batheoom was flooded . Breakfast was inly 5 puris n tea nor 2 people Ok but nit good good option n availabke at cheap eate nearby
