I missed to add kids while booking, but the behaviour of the incharge was very rude . He was expecting additional charge for the kids , the way he treated is not at all acceptable. They are giving preference only to direct booking . We paid additional 1000 rupees for the kids, overall bad experience when we are with family and kids. Won't suggest this hotel.
