Pros:- Spacious Room. Great location (Just near to KSRTC Bus stand). Breakfast is Good. Cons:- Improper maintenance. The first given room had an AC water leakage problem & Bathroom water flow is very slow (One bucket takes minimum 5mins) Informed to sort out Issue & Clean the room. In the Evening, when I returned to the room I found that they had not even checked the room. Then I raised a complaint to the manager, then they changed the room. In the second room, daily cleaning was happening even though informed prior. It's a Very Good Hotel ruined by the irresponsible staff.

Room service is not that good. They will cooperate only when we buy from their restaurant. At 11 am i ordered food from zomato, i asked plates from room service, but they provided the plates after two hours when the food was digested. Then i used the plates for the next day. But the rooms are quite good.

it is a genuine review that the stay and food was really superb.The staff attitude and behaviour is too professional.we got complementary breakfast along with stay,the food was extremely good and we feel like homely.overall love the place very well.

Good hotel. Just opposit of KSRTC bus station. BAR available. spacious room parking is big. Old hotel but clean. near to South railway station too. staff behavior ia also good.I got the value for the money which I spend

It was a smooth stay and very peaceful as I checked in early in the Morning, the receptionist was so sweet and helpful They have maintained the property really well I would recommend you for a nice stay

Great stay @ Hotel Luciya , kind , polite & cooperative staff. Spacious room with good bed & food. Neat with ample amenities. Location accessible to visit all desired places. Economical too.

There is food facility in the property and the property is just beside the bus stand. My stay was excellent as I am contended with their services and the facilities provided.

its a bar attached hotel just opposite of KSRTC bus station. parking available. food os good. old Hotel. expecting more discounted rate in future. no tea making machine.
