I paid for one night. The basic rate was , but they charged ₹1000 extra for early check-in at 4 AM, which Is understandable but then, they made me upgrade to a suite room for another ₹1000 because no other rooms were available but the thing is, at the time of checkout, they asked me to leave by 4 AM. So why was I charged for early check-in in the first place?The TV was broken, the walls had mold, the basin leaked, and the telwphone didn’t work. No one came to clean the roomThe room didn’t look like the pictures.
