One of the worst hotels. They don't even know what hospitality is. Room is too conjusted. There is no space left after bed & even after getting 50% discount from ibibo they are charging around **/- for single non-AC room. Food quality is average but not worth money. There is no phone in room. Toilet is not cleaned properly. No tissue paper in toilet. No privacy. They provided single towel for two persons and that was not washed properly. So many mosquitoes in the room. They arranged dinner on the terrace nd the table was not cleaned at all. They served the same curry which they served for lunch.

the hotel is located opposite to matheran railway station and all the markets are located nearby. the home cooked food provided by the hotel was awesome and this is a strong reason to revisit this hotel next time. the staff was helpful and co-operative. early morning the water tap was empty for a while due to which we could not take bath while we were departing for neral. overall this was a gud buy in terms of location, food and cost.

location is very good very near from railway station and market .room service,food quality is simply Awesum, we ordered dinner and morning brkfast aloo parantha ,it was just like home.staff is very cooperative.if u r looking for a economic hotel and getting discount must go for it.only drawback is rooms are not spacious but we did nt had any problm wid dat.good experience.

The hotel is located at the centre of Matheran and is very close to Railway station. There is absolutely no inconvenience as the trains do not make noise and the frequency is also low.
