it was not a resort or a hotel. it was banquet hall where there's no management at all. they were more focused on the marriages. the floor and furniture were dirty and toilet was so stinky. i stayed there for 4days, and nobody even bother for housekeeping or cleaning which was a shock. the room does had a phone but it was not in a working condition. they turn off the alleyways and common entrances lights at night which made the stay unsafe and unpleasant. their breakfast was pathetic, they were serving stale and inedible poha and paranthas. their main course dishes was full of oil and they don't seem to care for it as well. they served the biscuit in the morning, which had worms in it. the staff is unprofessional and don't even know any sort of hospitality rules. it was the worst and pathetic experience at this stay. the hotel owners should look at the facts that you can't run a resort in the name of banquet hall. peace

Breakfast was included with the tariff, but they said the chef is not available and we had to have it from outside.If the chef is not available they shouldn't have charged us extra and need refund of the same. No Kettle and intercom facility which was trouble. Checkout was at 8 AM, which is again not convenient for a stay, but they allowed us to keep luggage inside the room after 8 AM which was helpful.
