Heritage property with essential amenities. Hotel heritage decore is too good, Location is superb as its quite near to both Railway Junction and Central Bus stand of Jaipur and also most of tourist attractions like City Place, Jantar Mantar, Old City Walk, Albert hall museum etc. are located within 5kms from hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food Quality is very Good. Manager Mr. Shanker deserves a Thumbs up 👍. I would like to advise to please do some further work on service timing rest all good as narrated earlier. Me and my family enjoyed a lot in our stay. Best Regards: Ravi Poonia Hotel Heritage decor. This is the thing i really want to share. First of all it is the best property I have ever seen, maybe it's not okay saying it property , it is a heritage of khandela ji . you will get the big rooms with some paintings, freeze , comfort mattress , well cleaned bathrooms , other than this every staff member was very humble they work like a family . I just want to thank Mahal khandela and team for their hospitality .I really enjoyed the vibe was getting there . probably the best if you want to live very close to the culture of jaipur. Staff was very humble and service was too fast .

The hotel is located in a decent locality at the heart of the city. It has good connectivity with the rest of Jaipur though autos, local buses. The staff is polite and at your service 24X7. It's a good place to stay with your family. They claim to have a swimming pool however that is too small to consider. The breakfast is decent(nothing extraordinary). They also offer Rajasthani folk culture performance in the evening like puppet shows. This place can surely give a Royal feeling being operated in a real palace. Overall a nice place.

OUT OF THE WORLD! One of the most hospitable staff we've ever experienced. They welcomed us in a Heritage lounge area by wrapping Rajasthani turbans. The property is located in a residential area, but once you go inside, it's a different world in itself! It's doors are ACTUALLY better than doors of the palaces in Jaipur. Every corner of the Hotel is the most beautifully designed. Also the rooms were very spacious with stunning traditional Rajasthani architecture windows and interior. Recommended for All.

It was a nice experience staying at Mahal Khandela. Good hotel with a good budget and nice interior. Rooms were not too big but were well managed and good. Staff was very supportive from reception to kitchen. Reception staff Srikant and Jitu help with smooth checking and were availability 24*7. In case i visit Jaipur again, will stay here.

Beautiful hotel with warm welcome. Hotel staff is very polite and wishes you everytine they see you. Whether its restraunt or stairs or main gate. Staff is very professional and helpful. Breakfast was also good. If you r in jaipur dont miss their hospitality. A great experience.

Nice hotel. Staff was very much co operative. Everytime they stand up and say namaste when we go from their front. Nice treatment to guest. we were also allowed early checkin at 9.30 am. Puppet show at evening.
