Worst ever hotel, Geyser was not working, No toiletries were available. Whatever committed was not available in room. Room. Breakfast & Dinner was complimentary but in limited qty, even we have to pay for one extra roti/parantha. Only one Daal One Sabji & Roti, No rice or any other thing. Parking was on road, Hotel made inside parking even after 11:30PM in night. Even TV was not recharged till 11:00 PM night.No housekeeping was done even after key handover at reception.Not recommended to stay.

Rooms are good, staff is good. The location is a little far from the centre. I read everyone's review about the food that it isn't good, still we gave them another chance and the chef couldn't even cook good parantha. And Black Tea!! who can't make Black tea? There's no science, they spoiled the Black Tea as well.

The property is good. Staffs are polite. Food is very tasty. only problem is less options in food. We stayed there for 7 days and out of that 6 days we only ate Aloo Paratha in breakfast. In dinner also options were minimum. Rest all is fine.

stay was comfortable, staff was friendly and polite. however, they don't provide packaged water bottles. i had ordered a 1 litre bottle for which they charged me ₹32. not a good policy. rest was okay.
