rooms are clean and big. complementary items such as water bottle, soap, shampoo is given on 1st day only out of 3 days stay. no refills on remaining 2 days. electric kettle is provided for boiling water with 2 plastic glasses and steel cups....but no premix tea or coffee provided. but tea can be ordered at reasonable cost by calling caretaker. veg and chicken thali can be available for lunch or dinner at reasonable cost but if you inform about it well in advance to caretaker. fridge/mini fridge not available in room but it is available at reception for use within normal timings as it is locked by caretaker after use. overall very good rooms. many shops, restaurants nearby on main road. beach is 10mins walkable and less crowded.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the AC upgrade to a better room, which made a huge difference in ensuring a restful night, especially during the warm weather. All of this came at an affordable price, making it great value for money. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

The hotel is excellent for travellers to stay at low cost options. The rooms are good and clean and the service is also very nice. The person helped us with all our requirements and they had refunded our caution deposit as well without any problems. The only problem is location, which is quite inside from the main road but can be accessed by bike/car. Overall a very good experience.

I didn't expect much from this stay when I booked it from the photos I saw but it is much better in person. There's 24/7 hot water.Ac,tv and the wifi was working.It was clean.I was staying there for 4 days so they also changed our bedsheets after 2 days . Toiletries were provided.I liked this stay.I would recommend it.Also the care taker of this property were helpful and polite.

its very near by Calungate beach, rooms was clean and almost all basic aminities are there. staff was helpful. he is always there to help u. we have booked 3 rooms for 3 days. experiance was superb. i recommed this , go with maha laxmi resisgency i recommended this for family as well as couple also, caretaker was so polite and aupportive. Easy check in. care taker jithendra was very helpful during our stay. Car parking is safe inside the building. Recently renovated rooms. clean and hygiene maintained inside and around the building. Food available on prior request. we had a good AC room stay in mahalaxmi residency. Near to Candolim, Calangute. Beach is ten minutes walk.

The place is good neat and clean only television except the news channel no other channels are working the care taker was friendly and did good serviceThe rooms are as per the pic shown neat and clean the location also was good overall my experience there was good and that why i booked my second day there

Prefect stay for weekend at goa. don't compare this with 5star accommodation, clean rooms, soft bed, clean washroom, the caretaker will clean the room if u want. location is also very good, everything needed is nearby. the caretaker is very good and polite. everything is great in this budget.

Rooms and bathroom both are very clean and well maintained.check in timing is at 12 pm and check out is at 10 am.They have waiting rooms also if your train is late you can wait there. price wise it's totally worth it.Distance from Calangute beach is 2.4km.

Excellent homely atmosphere at the guest house. Thanks to the helpful attitude of Jitender who maintains the hotel neat and clean. He has provided breakfast for us and arranged tour programme, making us feel everything comfortable.
