One of the worst ever Hotel i have stayed in my life so far. I.... Firstly when I arrived at Hotel, there was no one at the reception desk. We were given rooms on floor 2... go by stairs... there is no Lift (I had my parents with me, who has problem climbing stairs...) In my room, cleanliness was at par below average. Bed side tables are looked like, they were not cleaned since at least 1 month. Coffee table was used by someone else before us, coffee cup marking were still there. TV screen had obvious finger prints marks.. No single tap in the bathroom was flowing water... Cleanliness was at its best in the bathroom by the way... I called reception, they checked and than offered me to used bathroom of the other room next to my room........ lol.. means I stay in 302, and use bath room of 303... I was given its key... wow Now, going to my parents room, cleanliness condition, same as mine... on top of that, AC is not working... and it was freaking hot day, you literally feel like boiling. I checked in on 16th of May, 2017. You can imagine summer temperature during this season, in Rajasthan. Going back to my original topic, AC was not working.-- Called reception again, they came and started cleaning AC ducting.. interestingly, it is the same person, who came to our room few minutes back to take order for food from kitchen....he is maintenance guy too.... Now, AC was not working, ducting cleaned... still not working... so... they offered another room... We went to that room and found another surprise... TV is not responding to remote control. Only DD channel with poor reception is there to see.. Again, we called reception, same person came to the room, he changed remote control, than he changed the whole decoder... still not working... i was thinking, may be now he will go and replace the TV..!!but he didn't... My father said, leave it, enough is enough, lets sleep and go in the morning.. Than, the person who came for order of food, who was acting as a Maintenance Assistance as well... I told him to bring me 2 mineral water bottle and 1 Pepsi 500ml.. he came after I called reception 2 times... told me... wait for some time.. i will come and give you. After some time, he came back again, and than said sir here is your 2 mineral water bottle... 1 was chilling cold.. almost ice... and one was completely warm...!! ****... he said, only 1 bottle was left in the fridge... so... and what about Pepsi.. sir we just purchased it, even that shopkeeper didn't had fridge.. so we have kept it in our fridge to cool down, after some time I will deliver it to you... After almost 1 hour i called again, and they came to deliver me Pepsi.. that was 1.30 am.... In few hours from the time of Check in i had changed total 4 rooms, with major observative cleanliness and hygienic problem, no sanitation and entertaining plus relaxing things were not offered in working condition.... Guys... seriously.. do not waste your money here....

worst hotel I have ever stayed. No electricity. Bad Food Quality and Room Service. I checked out next day though I have booked for two days. No value for money..

staff is good. but hotel is not managed. water leakage from ac's. blanket, bedsheets was not cleaned.pillow's are like 10yrs old. and was smelly.

Good and peaceful location , hotel is on main road hence you can find it easily and recommend for one night stay only.
