Breakfast is a big no. Better go outside, because there are numerous restaurants in vicinity. Just waste of money on food. The reception girl, her check in time attitude was hilarious. Don't book deluxe room becoz it ends where it starts. I had booked super deluxe which was just a bit large of deluxe. Sound from the rooms and corridor is big issue As the hotel is new, room feels fresh. Location is good. But a suggestion for hotel, either change the reception girl or improvise behaviour. The girl is a big NO for hospitality industrySounds are irritating

Location of this hotel is very convenient, its very close from Janakpuri west metro station. The property is neat & tidy. The staff is courteous. The breakfast timings & menu needs to improve. Also running hot water should be available 24 hrs or atleast in the mornings without having to request. Overall a very good experience. Ideal value for money, if you book early. The cleanliness , ease of access to the Metro station & not much traffic nearby. Can reach the airport/ New Delhi Railway station in 30 to 40 mins by Metro.

Hotel was not good according to money and standard, I booked a supper deluxe room but the bathroom was too small, not enough space to take a shower. Hot water is not available, I had to fight with the manager to take a shower. Lack of toiletries, only a small soap and shampoo was there, no dental kit, no comb and no bathroom slippers are provided in the hotel. Not a good experience, they are charging double according to the services they are providing.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Malbork Inn for three nights! The hospitality was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

The rooms are decent but the jet spray in the washroom was not working when we checked in. There was no toilet roll or tissue paper. there was no hot water in the shower. I requested for a bottle of water which never got delivered. don't have any expectation if u book this room.

putting this type of magazine clearly shows the intention to attract voters while delhi elections. also, lots of mosquitoes in the room. when called the reception, they asked to put allout and sleep. is this the way?? horrible experience. not recommended to anyone at all.

I'm staying from last 3 days ,the rooms and all the amenities are excellent 👍 I love the property and prime location also well maintained and hygienic, but service is poor and staff is also not friendly specially receptionist comfortable rooms

nice cozy rooms in the vicinity of Janakpuri District Centre. if you are here for work, this is an amazing place to be. nice food and ambience as well Conveniently located close to the Janakpuri District Centre within a walkable road distance

The rooms are clean but small. You need to ask for hot water by calling reception 30 mins in advance. Recently they stopped outside food delivery like chai & snacks which is a bit disappointing as the food in the hotel is average.
