We stayed for 4 nights in the mall palace at 5th floor. Firstly I should mention that the view was amazing from the balcony During our stay we witnessed amazing floating clouds which would swarm through our balcony. The location is fantastic right at the most happening place of the mall road. The room was good, all the staffs were very polite. Food was OK, there is a scope for improvement. All in all we enjoued our stay and would recommend all to stay there. As family we loved the ambience. My daughter enjoyed a lot and was not willing to return.

Place is centrally located on Mall Road between Library Chowk and Gandhi Chowk.Parking is available if you are traveling by your own vehicle.View is spectacular if you stay at 4 th or 5 th Floor.Evening it really looks like a glittering jewel by the glaze of lights.Amazing experience.Ropeway crosses just beside the hotel to Gunhill.

Hi, we stayed at the Mall Palace from 12th May to 14th May. The stay was good and staff is very helpful. They respond to your calls really well and did the needfull asap. I would recommend this hotel highly. This hotel is near to rickshaw stand, from where other things like restaurant, mall road, taxi stand is walkable.
