A detailed review: 1. Not at all good hotel. What they are charging and what they are giving doesnt match. 2. Checked in at evening. Got a twin bed room for a couple. asked to join bed 3. then asked for a double bed sized blanket as its winters. Simply denied by staff that they do not have the blanket. 4. called 2 times, then staff came with single bed blanket and again denied. 5. Called hotel manager who is not available at hotel, had a arguement with him and then he arranged quilt for the night 6. Next day, cold breakfast with no options. Not a good taste and no one helping for it. 7. Ordered food at another day, waited for 45min in room, called thrice. 8. Went to restaurant, asked why food not coming to room, and they said they are serving the people who are directly walking in. 9. No food until 1 hour , they accepted slow service and not able to prepare even aftr 1 hour. 10. Excuses for new hotel, no services for guests.

as per room & service standard it's too costly..Food was pathetic specially breakfast spread was too limited.Need good Chefs and more staff. After 09 Pm you will not get food in the hotel even in room service. Food Quality was very bad no taste.Housekeeping was too good 👍
