property is strategically located and having good ambience. however, resort rooms seem neglected for want of proper upkeep and cleanliness. open areas and pool side seem totally forgotten, maybe revenue is not much as compared to roadside restaurant on the front.my booking was inclusive of breakfast. was told to have breakfast at restaurant, where lot of walk-in happens due to highway location. we felt that we were not being given attention for serving breakfast. customers with spot billing were being overwhelmed and being quickly served. this made us feel as if we were seeking something for free. our breakfast was pre-paid and not complimentary.overall stay was disappointing.
