The property comes with a common pool and very spacious rooms with lake view. Overall, a great property at an affordable rates. But poor maintenance. The room service phone was not working. There are some other Minor issues. If the maintenance works are properly done, this could be a very superb property. Also, the pool was always occupied. It is better that Hour timings are fixed for each guest

Property is nice. Situated on the banks of a backwater. Rooms are spacious. Very nice ambiance and view. But neither property nor rooms are properly maintained. So much of dust, water in the pool and in the taps are highly chlorinated, very stiff.

Very poor resort without food, hot water, room service also we were alone in entire resort during heavy rush festival season Goibio need to refund the amount for this useless resort
