Mapusa Residency (M R) hotel is bang opposite the Bus Depot. National and Local. Good and affordable restaurants nearby. Satya Heera, Kamalabai, Navtara, Tulsi Cafe, Le Jardin, Vrindavan, Goa Traveller's Cafe... M R is simple, clean. Food not available. Friday Mapusa Market is worth visiting. For North and South Goa, please travel by bus, book through Taj Tours and Travels. Rs. 400 for North and 400 for South. Don't spend on car. Very expensive. Not worth.

The hotel is simple and very comfortable. it's close to the market, bus stand and taxi services, temple, petrol pump, hotel for dining.They provided news paper every day. Tea and coffee in the room. It was fun and easy to travel. No hassle for anything. It was a happy trip.

big and very clean room and washroom..best part is its in the centre of the Mapusa market. Wifi was not available but no network problem here.
