It is situated at middle of Titto's lane, baga beach. From this hotel baga beach is 3to5 min walking distance in between you can get night club like club titos, mambo etc. this road is fully crowded hole night. This hotel personally has wine shop at ground floor. Reception and rooms are at 1st floor. Two types of rooms available non view and with balcony. Every balcony has a swing & room is specious with king size double bed, tv, AC, mini freez, wardrobe, two chair & table. Bathroom is clean but no geezer is available. Room service is so good specially ARJUN is so helpful. No resturant is available. I want to visit again. and suggest to my friend family and others.

Most horrible experience.... Pathetic hotel and horrible staff. We reached hotel at 10:30pm and our rooms were already allotted to someone else. We were forced to take smaller and shady room and asked to pay additional 1500 for the room we booked for. When asked they were rude to reply .... We ended up paying additional amount. Staff was unfriendly and stoned. Never ever book this hotel..

Location wise it is superb, most happening lane of Goa i.e Tito's lane. But one most important thing you will not able to locate this hotel by this name i.e samundar beach pass.Hotel is located just opposite Punjabi roti restaurant in Tito's lane. it took us 1 hour to locate this and the hotel owner was not picking up the call .Overall good stay

Location is great , rooms are fine for such rates, but it’s exactly on Titos lane , so u ll hear music all night and it’s really difficult to sleep in that loud music all night, so I won’t recommend this hotel for families but it is good for group of friends

I got it for just 1500 on 29 Dec night which was a jackpot. On 30th Dec it's price was 5K. The rooms were fine on a low budget and taking into account the location. I found some network issues with Airtel in that particular hotel.

bang on location. very cheap. v clean & hygienic. they dont cater to cheap hourly couples at all. v humble staff. good toilets. attached balcony options. direct hot water 24hours. no high end amenities.
