It was a worst experience ever in this hotel. My mother wasn't well and she couldn't climb the stairs and hotel doesn't has a LIFT, we requested the hotel to give a room on the first floor still they were giving us on the third floor. By seeing my mother's condition also the staff didn't co-operate and rooms were also available at the first floor. Because of this we had to leave the hotel from the reception only and we didn't stayed there, as it was a prepaid booking and hotel will make money as if they show our check-in and check out, they showed a fake check in and check out just to make money out of our booking. I think this was a worst thing a hotel can do. It was really a rude behaviour from the staff!!

excellent room and amenities at very reasonable price. good location, parking available. Cons: only free channels available in TV jio network almost nil airtel also on weaker side, but they do have wifi facility that works fine.

Reception guy was too rude while checkin. Rooms are priced higher and are not worth for the price charged. Overall experience was poor and would not recommend this hotel.

room and toliet was neat and clean,telephone was not working,average food, parking facility is available,they welcome you with welcome drink at the reception.

no hot water no restaurant services. nothing good in hotel bad experience. they have crew members of gadar 2 shooting movie so they only serving them.
