It's a great place to stay. Very peaceful, good staff behavior, good food with good quantity. nThere is a feel of serenity at night. You'll get the feel of 'lost in the woods' at this place. Also, if it interests anyone (which shouldn't, as taking some time off the ****es of life is something one should enjoy here), the resort provides strong wifi connection. There's hardly a decent mobile network and you cut yourself off with the outside world. Hence a mention. Strong wifi available for emergencies.

Quite Rich Experience, it's a steal deal and the hotel is quite near to all the points, you won't need horses, So much of greenery all around, it feels like heaven, all the staff is quite helpful, you just have to speak. Best for couples, as well as family and friends.Although I think the room could be cleaner, it smelled a lot. That can be improved.otherwise, just go for it.PS - Food is also tasty and good but just a little expensive.

Thats the view from this hotel. The staff food and the view was absolutely mesmerising. The staff was very cooperative...there is not network but the wifi works just perfect. The rooms are clean and the resort is jn the middle of the forest and gives the best and calmest of vibes. Thankyou !

Very nice and beautiful location. The staff was also very helpful. Meals are great but a little expensive. The hotel is in the forest so if you go to the market, you have to come back before dark because the road to the hotel is through the forest and there are no lights on the road.

Overall it's a good experience. the room is big and all the amenities are available also the place is clean and hygine. they provide bornfire and Good food. the Breakfast is very tasty and overall it's a good experienceThe Staff is so polite and helpfull specially the Badri Alam

Overall, I had a great experience with the Green field resort; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to spend a weekend.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Matheran.

It ws a very open close to nature pleasant stay. Rooms and washroom was decent. Had chilly chicken and fried rice which was amazing as well. No restrictions, awesome quite place. Privacy and quite and freedom.
