Apart from the entrance, the hotel, as a whole is clean, well maintained and located in the heart of the city with parking space (outside). The staff are polite and the services are better than most hotels in Guwahati (be noted that Guwahati is known for the worst hotel services). I have stayed in more than 50 hotels or guest houses in Guwahati and by far, this is among the best. The inhouse food is good for the veggies and the prices are in the mid range... However, I am a non veg, so I ordered on Swiggy... There are one two problems. First of all, the entrance is from the side of a railway track which is dirty (kind of slum area). Secondly, the lift is really small with its own operator...2 average size people with luggages and the operator would be very tight. Thirdly, since the place is located in the heart of the city, it also means that the main Guwahati train junction is adjacent; obviously there will be train honking 24×7. Other than that, I can say that this is the best hotel for the price and services.

Excellent Hotel & Rooms are also nice, cozy, well maintained bathroom. Just few points mentioned below to improve upon 1. Bathroom tap loose, needs to be tightened 2. Foods as only Veg are relatively Costly 3. They don't give Plain Drinking Water in room , you have to buy bottled water, doesn't provide sandals in room. Otherwise good hotel.

Location wise near to station, but not proper. Behavior of reception Executive and staffs is excellent. Room is neat, clean and spacious. Hot water is available 24 hrs. Value for money. Veg restaurant but quality and quantity is good.

It was nice and very comfortable to stay in this Hotel. Believe me you could choose this hotel without looking rooms. Staffs and other services was excellent. hotel is awesome with affordable price.

Hotel is very good for stay. Clean rooms. Good restaurant and staff behaviour is also very good. Location is next to railway track and slum but reachability is not an issue
