Overall, our experience staying at this hotel in July for two days with my family was positive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was accommodating enough to change the pillows and bedsheets upon request. Although there were instances of low water flow in the bathroom, they promptly offered us the option to use a different bathroom since there were no other visitors due to the off-season. Regarding the dining experience, the food served at the hotel was good. The staff members were also helpful throughout our stay. Swimming pool was not operational due to some damage. Call them before booking weather pool is repaired or not if u want to enjoy it. In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel for a family stay. Despite some minor issues with water flow, the cleanliness, helpful staff, and the proximity to the beach made our stay enjoyable.

Hotel is perfectly located at 5 min walk from beach. Nice location.. hotel staff is communicative and very helpful...service and other amenities like indoor games , private pool are good... Rooms are clean and cheery...the only negative about this place is quality of food for both veg and non veg ..not upto the quality which we looked for given rates ..but if you want to try alternative, variety of good food is available in nearby within 10-15 min walk ..overall nice experiance ..

clean rooms, helpful staff, delicious vegetarian food(non veg not preferable), nice locality, beach is at a walkable distance (approx 2-3 min walking), calm and peaceful environment. have numbers of indoor games(chess, jenga, carrom, snakes and ladders, badminton. they have a nicd makeshift swimming pool, which is good. dining area is good and breakfast options are very good.

the ac was not running properly.. the remote was not working, one ceiling fan was missing and the other one was running very slow, the room luminous was very low 🔅, blanket was not cleaned properly, tv remote was not working, swimming pool was very dirty even they are not changing water.

Nice residency! Cool rooftop amenities. Very close to Badam beach. Room service is excellent! Only thing that wifi is bit weak, so i have to come back early as I could not attend classes. Else everything is perfect! Families and groups should try mazzo residency.

well maintained, cozy and tidy rooms, 2 minutes walking distance from beach. interiors and exteriors are very creative and colorful polite staff, safe for family and children

Rooms were clean, swimming pool was small but clean, near Badami/Nagao beach, overall stay was good Don't go for food here Still at 10 , they have not made breakfast

they don't have basic things in the room. no water bottle. no phone to contact the reception. food is average. if u get it till 1500 then only go for it.

Pros- Hotel is clean and good. Staff are quite friendly. Very near to beach, less than 5 minutes walk. Area of improvement - Towels are old and torn.
