Pros: 1) Swimming pool area is commendable. 2) Food taste is superb. 3) Took bon fire service and provided food on request over the area. Cons: 1) It's equal to 2 star property. 2) Rooms rates are too high compared to quality & amenities. 3) In winter season you will get hot water in single tap (take bath using bucket), no hot water in shower, no hot water in bath tub. (it's a condition of Super Deluxe Room) 4) If a couple visits the hotel then I would recommend to take your own blanket, because hotel will provide 2 single blankets which is suitable for one person. 5) Room service do not the meaning of hygiene. We ordered milk for my 2 year old kid and they used to bring open glass without any cover/lid. 6) Room service is pathetic. You have to wait minimum 1 hour or call several times for any thing you require.

There are lot of things for improvement. Main door lock was broken. Fitted after complain. Bath Soap is not provided in bathroom exept liquid soap. No geyser in the bathroom. Shower is not working. Channel TV is not provided in room. Not worth the charges paid for the stay

It was a great & amazing experience for the weekend gateway with tasty food and a beautiful environment & ambience. Staff behaviour is very cooperative . Recommended for all types of customer who need a break from their busy schedule.
