The staff is very supportive. We booked two family rooms for two nights. The tea they offered was the best we had throughout the trip. Also, they gave contact of homely food provider, and their recommendation was spot on. The food was genuinely home-like without any restaurant like masala, simple, plain and home-like slim tawa rotis. Optimal for my parents as they can't have too much restaurant food. They did charge us extra for early check-in but we reached 6 hours early so its justifiable. They also offered us free water throughout the stay, multiple bottles without any hassle, they even dropped it in our room. Soap and shampoo was provided. Rooms and toilet were clean, with a small terrace for drying clothes too. There is a huge parking space too. Although we didn't feel the need much, an AC in the family rooms and sheets (instead of blankets) would have been nice to have. Overall, just go for it. The staff is very nice and will resolve any problem, should you face any. Thanks a lot. Will recommend this to anyone going to Deoghar.

One of the best hotel one can stay in Deoghar which is near the main temple and Shivganga Ghat. The manager is very nice and humble person and equally helpful. Rooms are comfortable , food is above decent and reaching there is easy. Except during Savaan Mela because due to rush your car might not be able to reach hotel during day time but by late in evening your car will be inside hotel premises. Give them opportunity to host .

This hotel is very close to Baba Dham temple It is a very good hotel and the behavior of their staff is also very good..If you are going to Deoghar with family and friends then definitely visit this hotel. Here you will find parking. Good living arrangement.

Very nice experience staying at Milan palace.Mrs Puja was very cordial and has offered all the assistance we asked for. Temple is close by. Rooms are clean..surely a place to check in next time as well..thank you very much for a nice hospitality
