It was very difficult to find the hotel as there were no signage for the property. Absolute very bad welcoming by the hotel staff, bed linen was not fresh and was dirty. After asking to the hotel staff for several times they came to change it. Leakage of water from the A.c in room no. 202, hard to sleep as there were bugs in the bed of room 203. We found a very rude behaviour of the property manager (Rahul). We were five persons including one child of 12 years, at the time of booking by mistake i put the age of the child 1year and for that manager charged me extra @200/- per night but didn't provide the receipt against the payment. We had few dinners and tea and made the payment but again they didn't provide the receipt. It was published everywhere in the hotel that they provide breakfast at 8 am, on the first day i ordered breakfast at 6:45 Am to be get ready at 8: am but at 8:05 am when i went to reception the receptionist was standing at the reception and said we can't provide you the breakfast now it will take another 1 more hour, my mother is a diabetic patient she use to take insulin before any meal and insulin was injected as usual but the meal was not ready on given time, i had to run to the market to get some food for her immediately,. It was a worse hotel i stayed in.Overall experience was very bad.

hotel is at good place, staff behavior is also good, food in hotel is good bt price is too high, in term of cleanliness ,hotel has an amazing performance, they have high speed internet (WIFI) speed is approx 30mb/s . You can also find amazing places such as ecopark , waterpark ,good restaurant near the hotel. Transportation is also good. you can hire ola or uber but i didn't recommend this because government busses for different roots and areas are available . Room service is also available for 24 hours, if you have any problem just call on reception they will short out within few minutes. If you are going to newtown area my suggestion to visit this hotel for stay. they have all amenities in room and all are functioning properly....this hotel didn't demand any extra charges.. but the building no hotel is different... i request hotel owner to change it . overall great experience at hotel.. rating- 4.5/5 (due to food price i am not giving 5/5) Thanx to Mishra residency and their staffs.

The room is fine. There are no complaints about the room. But the room service is very poor. You won't get a welcome kit, no inquiries, no meal timetable, and so on. When will you get breakfast, not exactly. You will get breakfast at 10 o'clock. We didn't get tea even after saying it many times; Neither in the morning nor in the afternoon. On the other hand, the quality of food is also bad. All in all a very bad situation except just the room.

We stayed for 2weeks here. Absolute brilliant experience! Mesmerized with the near by environment of this hotel. Splendid hospitality, staffs and housekeepings were so friendly and helpful all the way! Nice to stay! I loved it! Rooms are good, washrooms are clean, like a perfect stay! Go and enjoy the courtesy of green and free eco space at kolkata!

Room service was excellent. They were very friendly. And the view from hotel was very soothing. Hotel room was very comfortable and AC TV bathroom and everything was working properly. Truly it was a great experience. I will definitely book again if I have to stay in Newtown. Hotel room and the hotel service

Stayed a night at mishra residency it was nice stay. neat and clean room, rooms are very much specious. also bathroom was very clean.,nice staff and in the morning we had a healthy breakfast. best at this price. Yes. Amphan related work.
