It's a nice property & the accommodation they provided to me was very comfortable & even I liked their services as well but there is no in-house restaurant restaurant over here so this is a drawback & even cleanliness was a problem as in the monsoon season we can find insects over here. Even the WiFi was not working properly as well. Apart from these things everything was fine over here.

Very bad experience to stay. pl dnt waste your holidays. food is very oily n not much tasty. the owner is fooling us by saying Heritage hotel. but it's just a simple hotel trying to give a look of heritage. Very costly as compared to given facilities and costlier than any other hotel in matheran at its level

Pathetic..... There wasn't any sign of cleanliness in room. I was able to stay for just 30 mins in that environment. There was not even the water in bathroom. When we ask for warm water, they gave us bucket of warm water which was not even clean water. Don't waste your money and ruin your vacation.

Hotel overall appearance was beautiful, but rooms and furniture could have been better. Bathrooms lacks any hot water facility except for the fact that you can ask the reception to send bucket of hot watwr Funny thing is, there is no intercom in rooms or any other place of the hotel

It was the worst experience of my life; the hotel surrounding was extremely unclean even the room and the washroom was stinking. The room's floor was very unclean and yellowish. It was total waste of money booking this hotel.

Rooms are not clean. Rooms with fan don't have regulator, so it runs at high speed. Food is also below average. Water flow in washroom is very slow. Washroom is not clean.
