Manager denied my room at first with a reason that the tarrif that i paid with Goibbo was not sufficient to them.Manager was not at all kind in solving the issue, he told me to go away ,really bad experience it was. at last i got the room after some argument. Rooms were neat and good but hospitality is really bad.

Hotel manager Mr Prasad is very bad. First he gave room and once you settle down he charge 500 extra for AC . more over he has no sence how to talk to customer. he speak in a bad language otherwise no complaints but only reception manager Prasad is worst . Hotel reception manager Prasad

My experience in mitra comfort wasnt bad. It didnt have its own kitchen which for me was a problem. Room was quite big Bathroom is not very clean Staffs were confusing a bit( they got confused with the payment everytime)

However, we were provided a non AC room. Apart from that the room was spacious and clean. The front desk, etc were very helpful. Parking is available at the basement and they will help you with that.

So far it was good stay.i booked two rooms. Need more cleanliness especially bathrooms.No complimentary water bottles were given.
