Worst experience here, we checked in around 8:30 PM and they gave us some random room which was not cleaned as Bedsheet, Blanket cover everything seems to be dirty or used by hourly customer. We have asked them to change and their service was good. Breakfast service is very bad as they have just sent 2 Aalu Paratha and 4 Breads with Chai for 2 Adults I would say very less quantity. Check out timings here somewhat different from other nearby hotels ,it's 10:30 and around 9 I got a Call regarding that which somehow I missed so they Directly called us to personal number and looking for checkout at 10 which is really horrible experience in MK Regency. I think they would have to change their process and management Lil bit. If we compare this hotel to near by any property then I would say don't go for this property.

The hotel was excellent. It was at a walking distance from the main road. The management is very nice and polite, they even adjusted our early check-in also booked us a cab to travel as we were new in city, room service was 10/10. The room and bathroom were very clean just as shown as the picture, it has a good view of metro, they provide the necessary utilities too like towels, shampoo, shoap, moisturizer. The food was very tasty. I loved my stay here, i recommend it👍!!

A excellent hotel with fantastic location and connectivity. Staffs are polite and helpful. The food is very delicious and the kitchen team should specially be applauded for this. The manager was always on hand ensuring the experience of the hotel was as convenient and trouble free as much as possible. The best hotel available in Noida in this budget range. All boxes are ticked and a must visit if you planning to stay in Noida around this area.

the room was clean, linen was okay. the service staff particularly at night was inexperienced. for even providing water he asked to wait for the staff to come, the time for which kept increasing from 7 am gradually to 8.30 am. though having taken room with complimentry breakfast left at 8.00 am without breakfast because either it was not ready or there was no one to serve. i would request a refund for the same.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay and the room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable, we had a great night's sleep
