I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in time was 12 noon, but despite arriving at 3:30 PM, our room was not ready, and we had to wait until 6 PM. The overall quality was average—while the AC worked well, the bathroom was old, and the bedsheets were worn out. The hotel is not suitable for families, as the cleanliness was not up to standard, and the cleaning staff even asked for a tip. I would not recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable stay.

location of mkr residency was good but the facility was very bad...like tv was not working so they changed the tv and still the tv was not working so they changed the room and over there when we where about to take rest we realised that the ac was not cooling inspite of showing 16 degree and there where lot of insects and some black color worms kindly thing which was crawling and if it bytes you need to get vaccinated.please try to maintain the standard when you are charging good.

Despite of booking, I got check in after 1 hours as room was allocated to some other guest on per hour basis. I had to sit outside with my family at 0400 hrs in morning. Finally when room was given after repeated requests, I found other guest quarrelling with Manager for no water in bathroom. Generator was available but was not used when supply went off twice.

Vary bad experience no blanket,1remote for 2rooms they will come and operate, no room boys all work are done by owner itself,even dust bens are not their if we want ask to owner. Rooms are very small even no table to kept ur bags. No Security, they wont ask id also, no parking only 1 gust care can accommodate, remaining will be in roadside.

Hotel is good in all aspects. But thing is maintenance is not proper. If u take rooms in ground floor u will face network tower problems. Top floors have good network. Heater available in all rooms, but maintenance is not good. In Some rooms like 201, 202 heater won't work at all. But otherwise a decent hotel near by temple.

budget hotel with basic amenities. neat and clean compact room with ac and geyser. worth for money paid. best for solo travellers and couple. bike parking in front of the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel those who looking for budget stay with great value. not for luxury stay.

Hotel is newly built and still under construction. Rooms are tidy and cosy. Hot water available on request only as the solar geysers are not yet functional. Parking available for one car only in front of the hotel on the roadside. Staff are courteous and helpful

did not feel safe, and the area was really far from the temple and the room was not very good and the staff they were not professional, getting too friendly to me literally did not feel safe, had to check out and had to book some other day at night stay*

A small but clean and maintained room. Power supply is the issue at Rameshwaram but they have their own DG and not faced any issue related to power. Overall not a bad experience.They provided us the flexible check in also as we reached earlier.

it was horrible stay... someone has stolen my mobile charger from my room in my absence. and no one took responsibility for that from all staff... my advice to all not to go there.. staff was so irresponsible for guests valuables... 😡😡😡

Good enough for it is, better to book it directly. The staff did pester me for some extras which is infuriating. Amenities- they did not have geyser or hot water from anywhere. I'll say it was ok ok experience.

It's not a hotel but a guest house. The rooms were small and dirty, and the place was full of mosquitoes and bad smell. You won't get even half of your money back and it will ruin your journey.

Not clean, reception area is directly and damaged. Location is good , close to temple.. Receptionist turned off of AC at night
