Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, while the rooms are quite spacious and clean. The view from the terrace is fantastic. The restaurant is present on the terrace, so you can enjoy a nice view of the town while having your meal. We also had my birthday celebrations here and the staff was extremely helpful with making all the arrangements. It also has a safe and secure parking area. Would surely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ooty.

The Hotel ambience is good & well maintained .. The staff were cordial & courteous with good mannerisms. The cleanliness of the rooms were of good quality with bed spreads & toilets were clean. The hot water was adequate. Overall experience was good. Kudos to the entire Hotel Team. Keep it Up !!!!

Unexpected pleasant experience. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Excellent room service and dedicated food preparation. My best being the best sunrise and sunset view from terrace of the entire town surrounded by range of mountains and tea estates. Super happy with the experience.

Hotel MMR Holiday Inn, has a well constructed rooms, and also has a view of entire Ooty in its corridors. Hotel managers were responsive and very polite, This is the best place to stay in OOTY. Keep it in your list if u are checking some good hotels in Ooty.

Hotel room is really Beautifully and attractive from inside ,its outside view is beautiful as the hotel is at the top of hill due to which sceneries of the town are looking good staff are very obidient and providing the right service at the right time .

Double Bedroom cottages are comfortable for Families but there is no Balcony to sit n view the Nature.... Hot Water is not coming properly remaining everything looks nice..... Excellent Hospitality from the Front Desk...
