I had stayed there for two nights ( booking on goibibo) with family in luxury ac room. My rating is... 1. Location- 5/5, opposite of central bus stand and 3 km from railway station2. Cleanliness- Rooms are clean and tidy3. Amenities- Very good, they have also locker of you want to kept your luggage for some hour after checkout. 4. Service - Service is very fast and prompt. 5. Foods- There are so many good restaurants in nearby areas. Overall my experience with this stay is excellent, Manager behaviour is also very nice.

It's a MUST book. The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly, Geysers were working and most importantly they had ventilated rooms. They ensured all the amenities and assisted us with transportation as well. They also provided us lockers post checkout for our luggage. The owner is very generous and soft spoken. The hotel is near to Central bus station which is all the more convenient to reach out to major tourist spots.

Everything is better.. Thing to consider is if someone check into hotel early and checking out within same day, they should not take extra charge for Early checkin, (though they didn't take extra charge from me after my request ) Rest, staff is kind enough and overall service is fast and good. I would recommend business or family stays with hotel Modi Samrat.

everything was perfect, the place was hygienic, the staff was good, and AC, fans and lights were working. just the area around the hotel is little off. but the hotel is worth the money. privacy, no disturbance, just had to wait quite a bit before they gave us our room keys which was the only part which we didn't like.

good hotel, friendly staff, tasty food, bang opposite main bus stand. the ambience was good. only the phone was not working. enjoyed the stay. the service was good and prompt. the management and staff was friendly. would definitely love to stay again.
