This was a weekend trip with Family that I went for, a very good property at budget prices if booked on goibibo. You can have a good time even if its with friends. They serve decent food for the price, and offer a good buffet for dinner. The best part is that this property is pretty much secluded in the area yet well connected to the city of Mumbai and it also is a good place to stay due to its close proximity to Karjat station. There is a big Dmart closeby where you can go and pick up basic stuff you could not carry from home or even some munchies. Dr. Modi s resort has a very warm and helpful staff and has ample parking space for parking your car. They also give cycles on rent for fitness freaks, and there is a medium sized pool for a water baby. There is also a baby pool in case you have toddlers along. Something that surprised me that this place is a pure veg place and do not even serve eggs, however this is a great place if you are jain. Be rest assured if you are travelling with people with finiky food requirement and small kids, they make practically anything you ask for provided them you inform them in advance. Rooms are pretty spacious for almost 3 to 4 ppl to stay. Has clean bathrooms with hot water, and they have a room fridge in case you wish to party with some liquor on ur own. They have a dedicated walking track and a health club which seems to be like the good stress buster on an early morning.

Very clean resort. The cottages offer adequate privacy. The whole place is spread across a large area and very clean. There is a well maintained Large Swimming pool. The package includes Breakfast. Resort is really very nice and peaceful very close to nature. We went last week and it was nice rainy day....enjoyed climate and greenery there. Overall value for money and refreshing for a quick weekend break. The resort is also pet friendly.

They showed Wi-Fi access on booking site. On reaching there it became clear that wi-fi was restricted to reception area and was so slow that most of my Google search failed**Scary experience for a single woman traveller. The furnitures were rickety, no double bed hard mattress and shabby room conditions bad dirty linen. Not worth the charges they are taking.**

Good experience nice location very close to nature very peaceful and serene place to relax with family. Rooms are neat & clean except for bath tub in bathroom it could have been avoided. Food is good esp veg peshawari biryani is awesome. Club facilities are well maintained

Well maintained place for spending weekends with family. Easy to reach. Food and Room Service were excellent. Missing part : Treadmill was faulty. Jacuzzi was out-of-out-of-order. Pool attender was missing. Exaust fan in Bathroom.

The resort was okay - rooms were slightly small and there were only twin beds. The staff was very friendly and supportive. However, overall it wasn't value for money. I had expected a lot better.

This stay was a last minute booking as our scheduled booked hotel had issues. I am so glad we chose this place. The service was very good. The food was awesome even though it was only veg.

Place and food is good but not expected such bad service. Many unexpected things are chargeable such as dental kit etc. It feel like Reception is general store. Good if you want to relax.

Swimming pool is the charm.Lovely rooms and clean Bathroom with bath Tubs. Beds could be of better quality, as expectations for soft mattress are there when you go in such resorts.

Resort is big but in very old, it but needs maintenance. 2 single bad in every room. Swimming pool is also not that great. No room service or ala carte menu.
