This was my 3rd Vist at Monarch (Dahanu) and Stay was a Little Depressing than the last one. While Room allocated was Bigger than what we Booked (Thanks to the Management), had observed certain Concerns: 1) Television Channels were almost Nill. Remedy: Management gave us access to Wi-Fi via. Television through which we spent time watching YouTube. NetFlix option was unavailable. Also, searching Videos via. Youtube was a challenge as we had to Type everything via. TV Remote. 2) Room Window was Not getting Locked. Remedy: null. 3) Washroom Jet Spray was Faulty (Broken and Leaking). Remedy: null. 4) Housekeeping Did not Visit to provide Relevant Service. Had to Purchase Additional Water Bottles on the next day and use Same Towels as fresh one's were unavailable. Remedy: null. 5) Breakfast was available Only post 11:00 PM as Kitchen opens a late. Remedy: null. Positives: 1) Food was Excellent as always. 2) Travelling to the Hotel was least of our concern as it is located just 5 mins walking distance from Dahane Station (West). - Take the Left Side of Bridge if you are coming from Virar. 3) Privacy given is decent. Average due to aforesaid factors.

This is a decent hotel situated at the main circle. The rooms were neat and clean. The plus point was the bathtub. Akbar was very helpful. We did face a weird situation though. we woke up at 7:30am as we were told we would get breakfast by 8:30-9am. I went out of the room to tell them that we were ready for breakfast and then leave. There was no one in the hotel. No one at the reception or restaurant. The hotel main doors were locked so we could not even go out. We were just starting to get worried when Akbar came with breakfast. He explained due to covid they don't have enough staff, there are just 3-4 people handling everything now. Overall a good experience, just that we would have faced some issues if we would have wanted to check out early.

My 4th Visit here and This Time, It was an Extremely Delightful Stay. *Positives:* 1) Executive Room was As Expected i.e. Simply Awesome! 2) Staff was Fully Supportive and Enthusiastic as Always. 3) Despite Not opting for Breakfast reservation, it was provided Complimentary on Sunday before our Check-Out. 4) Cleanliness was Perfect. 5) Wi-Fi facility makes the stay even Better. *Negatives:* 1) TV Channels were Extremely Limited. This concern has been raised by decent number of Guests from the past few months. However, problem still persists. Peaceful, Comfortably and Astonishing Spot. Just 5 mins walking distance from Dahanu Railway Station (West) is what makes the travel time shorter.

Ahmed at the reception was horrible... After paying so much for the executive double room, we were provided with separate beds... At the time of booking, we were told of queen beds but ahmed abruptly said, yehi option hai available... Either take it or leave it... However after speaking to their old colleagues, they managed to change the bed... Horrible man at the counter!!!

from last one year I'm visiting this hotel but yesterday i told the reception man I don't want this room no 211, but he said all rooms are full, once I booked double bed then why they provide 2singles beds, and that single bed with wheels that's why my leg injured, also no water in flush, we are very disappointed, very bad experience we had yesterday night

It was a nice stay, the staffs of the hotel are very nice. The food of the hotel was also nice, since the hotel is providing wifi for each room it's very helpful for working people most of the hotels provide common wifi but they have provided but they have provided personal wifi for each room. Thank you Monarch Center for the pleasant stay. 🙂

This was my 2nd Visit and as expected, room was Neat and Clean. However, few issues observed with Hot Water for Bath, Light behind the Bed and Early Morning Breakfast (as Kitchen opens at 11:00 AM) which needs to be re-looked at by the Management. Amazingly Great Room.

Just few minutes walking distance from Dahanu Railway Station (West). Rooms, Food and Travelling Convenience to other popular spots at dahanu are Extremely Fantastic. Couple, Family and Solo Travelling is Perfect.

The reception was unmanned, had to wait for 10 mins to get serviced. Booking showed a 20% discount (included in the booking) on high tea which the hotel refused to provide. Not sure why committing false promises.

It's not at all near the Seabeach. There is no parking area. TV channels are not subscribed.Only free channels are available for watching. Food, tea, coffee etc is exorbitantly priced.
