Best homestay for groups of 4-6 friends, neat rooms, fully Air conditioned, double balcony, fully functional kitchenette, caretaker cleans the flat everyday and also suggested a good person for bike rentals, no restrictions in the society in regards to making noise at night, smoking allowed in flat and balcony, we were provided good Lenin and bath towels. And best thing... Amazing price provided by goibibo Just one washroom was little difficult to manage however not a deal breaker

The facilities and the services were excellent I had no issues with anything in the service apartment neither with the staff conduct. The accommodation was very good. Property is situated in a market place. Worth the money property.

It is not worth the price we pay. Leaking AC and bathrooms are not clean. The apartment is not maintained properly and will not enjoy the stay. We made a bad choice..

Donot book this hotel. Management of this hotel is not cooperative. My suggestion is not to book this hotel. Better to find other hotel rather than booking this hotel.

We enjoyed stay in monark palm apartment. Everything was good. One suggestion is to install one exhaust fan is highly required in Bathroom.
