The property is near to Panchgani local Market. Home made food served was awesome. We got hill view rooms and you can view sunset from room itself. Room service provided was very good and also the manager behaviour is customer friendly. For 1 day stay we didn't get into any trouble everything was smooth .

Hospitality by owner is fine, but it is more of a hostel with no basic amenities. I did not find it suitable for family for amenities. Maybe I am not the right crowd. You can find better places in Panchgani or Mahabaleshwar. We booked for 2 days but stayed only 1 day. Will not recommend for family.
